4TOPS Summary Assistant is an add-in for Microsoft Access which enables you to make statistical surveys at runtime from a selected form, subform (New), report, table or query. Whatever you need to know, - totals, frequency, maximum, variance, etcetera - it is immediately available. In addition, the data can be grouped and classified ad hoc.

The Summary Assistant answers common statistical questions without having to make special queries and reports. 

4TOPS Summary Assistant also is included in the 4TOPS Data Analysis.

Start with open  form, report, table or query      Select fields for computation
Add fields for grouping and sorting results
Optionally specify object to store results in
Results are displayed and available for further processing, e.g. export them to Word via Word Link.
