Dec(...) function in MS Access

Question

Access 95 has a Hex() function, but I cannot find a Dec() function. Anybody?

Several days ago I realized (<;- )) at last that there is no need in Dec() function in Access:

?cstr(&h400)
1024

?CLng("&h400")
1024
