Saved texts for repeated use

To use this feature, you first have to make it available in the Settings  form, tab Features :

  1. Press the [Settings] button . This opens the Settings form
  2. On the Features tab, check 'Use Saved texts: ...'
  3. Press [OK]

Below the Text editing area, a [Select saved text] combo box appears containing fields in the mailing list, with an [Get Saved text] button , [Store Saved text] button and [Edit Saved text] button.

Insert saved text in text editor

  1. Set the cursor at the position in the text where you want the saved text to appear.
  2. Select the saved text from the combo box
  3. Press the [Get Saved text] button

Store saved text

If you are satisfied with a text, and expect to want to use it in the future again, you can save it.

  1. Press the [Store Saved text] button
  2. Give a name or description for the text to use to find it back with later in the [Select saved text] combo box.

The text is now saved

Edit saved text

  1. Press the [Edit Saved text] button.
  2. In the Signatures form, move to the Saved text using the navigation bar at the bottom of the form.
  3. edit the Saved text.
  4. Close the form.

Remove Saved text

  1. Press the [Edit Saved text] button.
  2. In the Saved texts form, move to the Saved text using the navigation bar at the bottom of the form.
  3. Click the record's record selector (left if the form).
  4. Pres [Del] (delete)
  5. Close the form.
