Saved texts for repeated use
To use this feature, you first have to make it available in the Settings form, tab Features :
- Press the [Settings] button
. This opens the Settings form
- On the Features tab, check 'Use Saved texts: ...'
- Press [OK]
Below the Text editing area, a [Select saved text] combo box appears containing fields in the mailing list, with an [Get Saved text] button
, [Store Saved text] button
and [Edit Saved text] button
.
Insert saved text in text editor
- Set the cursor at the position in the text where you want the saved text to appear.
- Select the saved text from the combo box
- Press the [Get Saved text] button

Store saved text
If you are satisfied with a text, and expect to want to use it in the future again, you can save it.
- Press the [Store Saved text] button
- Give a name or description for the text to use to find it back with later in the [Select saved text] combo box.
The text is now saved
Edit saved text
- Press the [Edit Saved text] button
.
- In the Signatures form, move to the Saved text using the navigation bar at the bottom of the form.
- edit the Saved text.
- Close the form.
Remove Saved text
- Press the [Edit Saved text] button
.
- In the Saved texts form, move to the Saved text using the navigation bar at the bottom of the form.
- Click the record's record selector (left if the form).
- Pres [Del] (delete)
- Close the form.
