Remove email addresses from built-in mailing list

Remove email addresses from the current built-in mailing list

If you want to remove an email address only from the selected list, but not from all mailing lists:

1. Select tab Mailing list.
2. Select the Mailing list.
3. Find the record you want to remove.
4. Click on the record's selector - this selects the record
5. Press [Del]-key

Remove email addresses from all built-in mailing list

If you want to remove an email address all built-in mailing lists:

1. Select Tab Recipients and their Listings
2. Select the Mailing list.
3. Find the record you want to remove.
4. Click on the record's selector - this selects the record
5. Press [Del]-key

Remove email addresses from multiple built-in mailing list

If you want to remove an email address multiple built-in mailing lists:

1. Select Tab Recipients and their Listings
2. Find the record you want to remove from some lists.
3. Click the + to open the list of mailing lists the email address participates in.
4. Select the Mailing list(s) you want to remove for this email address
5. Press [Del]-key
