Add email addresses to built-in mailing list

Add email addresses to the current built-in mailing list

1. Select tab Mailing list.
2. On the last empty row, enter the new emailaddress, name
3. set the formathtml unchecked if the recipient wants his emails to be plain text.

Add email addresses to multiple built-in mailing list

To enter a new email address:

1. Select Tab Recipients and their listings Recipients and their Listings
2. On the last empty row, enter the new emailaddress and name.
3. The record is automatically saved, but not yet added to any lists.  
4. set the formathtml unchecked if the recipient wants his emails to be plain text.

To add the email address to multiple built-in mailing lists

1. Click on the + on the left of the record, and a list opens of the mailinglists the emailaddress participates in.
2. Select from the combo the mailinglist you want the email address to participate in.
3. Add as many lines as the number of lists the address must be in.
