Use
4TOPS Office Link when you need export data
to Word or Excel from your ms access database. Alternatively, for export from
access to Excel use 4TOPS
Excel Link or for export access to word 4TOPS Word Link.
The wizard interface makes it easy to achieve whatever you want.
Example: creating an invoice
In the following example we apply Word Link to the North wind database
order form to create an Invoice document.
Start the wizard from the toolbar
Specify what processes
must be started after the document is created:
Specify rules how you
want the document to be named and where to store it. Each new document will
be stored automatically and named consistently.

Generate the template
with merge fields
Lay the template out as
you like it and save.
Now from the toolbar activate the 4TOPS Word template selection form
The invoice document is
generated. If you used the add-in as part of 4TOPS Document Management, it
will also store the document automatically in the right folder with the right
document name.
