The system uses 4TOPS Word Link
to create Microsoft Word documents and 4TOPS
Excel Link to create Microsoft Excel workbooks. In most cases these will
be filled with data from the Microsoft Access database. Using the
storage tab in Word Link you can determine where you want to store documents
(folder related to type of document, author, client, record field, etcetera)
and how to name them (record field, using a custom function, etcetera)
