4TOPS Data Analysis and Reporting is a combination of 4 wizards for retrieving information in Microsoft Access. It is used for statistical analysis and presentation of the data in your Microsoft Access database. The wizards enable end-users to define their own reports without need to involve an Microsoft Access programmer. The results are made available in the two dominant formats of the average office, Word and Excel. This of course makes distributing the results and integrating them in other reports easy. Each wizard in 4TOPS Data Analysis has a separate well defined task. The Summary Assistant: provides statistical information such as totals, counts, averages and frequencies. The Search Assistant lets the user define and apply filters to select the data you are currently interested in. The filters have the power of full SQL but the user does not need to know it's syntax. The reporting wizards can than be used to present the results in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel.
