4TOPS started in 1997 as an initiative to consolidate and generalize solutions for clients  working with MS Office & Access in areas where we found these products were either inadequate or needed improvement or extension..

Mark Uildriks (director): software development consultant since 1985, studied artificial intelligence / knowledge based systems at RUU. Specialized in Data modeling, User Interaction Design and Office component development.

Shamil Salakhetdinov (developer): Eighteen years of active professional programming in database management and communication systems areas. Participating in more than twenty complex software projects as major analyst-programmer.

Serge Gavrilov (developer): 10 years work experience in Access and VB programming.
