Mail Merge Wizard - Email Attachments

From the attachments tab you can manage which attachments to have added to the email. You can use any expression that evaluates to a filename.

Examples:

• c:\temp\myfile.xls   - a fixed file
• [My documents]\[Field:customermame].doc - use the same expression as you specified with 'Store'. Assuming the email is created in the process after the document was produced thios allows to pick up the mail merged file and have it added to the
• SelectFile - let's you browse to a separate file for each email being produced while the process iterates thru the selected records
• SelectFileOnce - same as SelectFile, but in this case the selected file is applied to all records.

  • Add
  • Edit
  • Remove

  Attachment

  Name of file or expression used to determine which file to attach.

  Attachments

  List of attachments

  Add

  Add the attachment expression to the Attachments list.

  Edit

  Allows for changing the selected attachment expression to the Attachments list.

  Remove

  Remove the selected attachment expression from the Attachments list.
