Saving documents automatically

By checking 'Store' in the Mail Merge Wizard an extra tab appears.

Setting Folder and File lets Access Mail Merge automatically store and name files.

The expressions can be picked from the examples on the combo boxes or you can make your own expressions, e.g.

SaveAs.File = "[Template]_[Field:CustomerName]_[Function:Format(Now(),'mmddyy')]" 'names the document after template, CustomerName and date creation, e.g.  Contract_Jones_120507
