Example 4: Ad hoc Listing report

Quite often users want to have a simple listing (table)like report with a selected number of columns, they want it immediately and don't care about the layout. In this example we want to find the contacts without fax and we want their phone number, to give them a call to ask them.

1. Open accessmailmergedemo.mdb
2. Select Advanced Example tab and press the button. Opens frmMain 
3. Select tab Customers. In the overview screen filter on empty fax (find an empty fax record, toolbar Filter by Selection)
4. Mail Merge > Listing
5. Select the fields we need

And start calling!
