Example 2: Sending an email
- Open accessmailmergedemo.mdb (frmMain should open automatically on tab Letters)
- Select in the list box on the right 'Letter'
- (optionally Select records to process / create documents from in the Overview pane - bottom of the split screen)
- Press the Start Mail Merge button
- If you use Outlook to send emails you will get the Outlook access warning message below. Check 'Allow access for .. ' and press Yes to let Outlook continue. By supplying some code you can add to Outlook we also offer a solution to this problem, see Send email without outlook security warning.

The email is created and opened - below.
Notice the email address was automatically picked up.
